Tony Uphoff is President and CEO of Thomas, the parent company of Thomasnet.com: the leading platform for product sourcing and supplier selection for the Industrial and Manufacturing markets. His career in business information has given him a ring side seat for every major technology transformation of the last 25 years. Tony regularly speaks on the digital transformation of business and the overarching impact technology is having on business management and leadership. In addition to his role at Thomas, Tony also serves as an advisor and board member of several tech and media companies as well as a mentor at Mucker Labs and a Trustee of Linfield College.

Graham Kilshaw, CEO, Lectrix
Graham Kilshaw is the CEO of Lectrix, a Philadelphia-based marketing and strategy firm for the electronics industry. Lectrix clients include component manufacturers, distributors, sales representative firms, contract manufacturers, electronic materials companies and yes …even companies working in the transformer industry. Kilshaw has been a speaker at several electronics industry events including the ECIA Executive Conference, the ERA Annual Conference, the Women in Electronics Annual Symposium, and distributor TTI’s Sales Leadership Conference. Born and raised in the UK, until he moved to the US in the mid-90’s, Graham has worked for Rupert Murdoch’s UK newspaper group and The Walt Disney Company. He has however worked in the electronics industry for the last 25 years. Graham, his wife and children live in Montgomery County, PA where he enjoys skiing, fishing, travel and singing for a local Philly rock band!
