Sponsorship Opportunities

TTA offers sponsorship opportunities for both the Spring and Fall meetings.

To become a sponsor, select the sponsor type during the meeting registration process on the event page.

Meeting Sponsorships
WELCOME RECEPTION Sponsor $1200

Be the exclusive sponsor of the meeting Welcome Reception.

Your company logo will be prominently displayed at the reception entrance and at the open bar. Your company will be recognized in meeting materials and in front of attendees during the meeting's opening session.

There is only one sponsorship opportunity in this category, and it is available on a first come, first served basis during meeting registration.

WI-FI Sponsor $1200

Be the exclusive sponsor of Wi-Fi access.  

Wi-Fi access will be shared with all TTA attendees, compliments of your company. Your company will also be recognized in meeting materials and in front of attendees during the meeting's opening session.

There is only one sponsorship opportunity in this category, and it is available on a first come, first served basis during meeting registration.


PLATINUM Sponsorship $1,000
  • Sponsor invited to give a 10-minute presentation during meeting, profiling company and its products. 
  • Company provided a tabletop to exhibit during continental breakfast sessions and networking breaks. 
  • Company recognized on meeting sponsor signage displayed at meetings. 
  • Sponsor recognized in meeting materials received by all members, regardless of attendance. 
  • Sponsor recognized in all meeting press releases that are issued. 
  • Sponsor logo displayed on TTA website adjacent to meeting information. 
 GOLD Sponsorship $750
  • Sponsor recognized in all meeting press releases that are issued. Sponsor logo displayed on TTA website adjacent to meeting information. 
  • Company provided a tabletop to exhibit during continental breakfast sessions and networking breaks.

  • Company provided a tabletop to exhibit during continental breakfast sessions and networking breaks.

BRONZE Sponsorship $250
  • Company recognized on sponsor signage displayed during meetings.

Tabletop Exhibit $375
  • Showcase your products and services to TTA meeting attendees.
  • Members are encouraged to visit tabletops during breakfast, networking breaks, receptions and more.

  • Advertise on the website by featuring your logo on the home page. 
  • Homepage link goes directly to the company profile in the member directory.
