Book your group rate for TTA 2025 Fall Meeting

The Group rate is $175 per night, plus tax, waived destination fee.

It is essential that you make your reservation with the hotel as soon as possible. If we exceed the number of rooms being held, even before the cutoff date, you will not be able to stay at the host hotel.

Check-in is 3:00pm, check out is 12:00pm.

Be sure to book your room by October 27!

Deposit/Cancellation/Early Departure

A deposit of one night's room rate + tax is due at booking. Cancellation, to receive a refund of the deposit , must be made 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival. Notification of early check out is required at or prior to time of arrival, otherwise the deposit will be assessed as an early departure fee.
